1. Conduct Regular building inspection (kitchen, toilet, office, internal and external building area).
2. Able to fix plumbing fittings and piping.
3. To Change/replace cabinet/door lockset or door closer.
4.To rectify/fix crack wall, partition board and ceiling.
5. To perform others general works such as painting, cement work, repairing office.
6. To assist in arranging tables, chairs, cabinets upon request.

Job Requirements:
1. Certificate or experience in handyman work
2. Hardworking and willing to learn.
3. Able to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
