As Financial Reporting Analyst - Lead, you'll drive technical accounting compliance, internal controls, process optimization, and operational excellence to deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting.

As a a Financial Reporting Analyst - Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the charge, oversee monthly closings, internal reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance across diverse regions.
- Guiding colleagues on best practices, processes, and communication strategies.
- Analyzing and improving financial processes, maximizing effectiveness and minimizing errors.
- Partnering with functional managers to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Taking on project leadership roles and guide junior analysts in their development.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and have at least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the energy sector.
- Possess impressive knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Able to thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively leading and motivating others.
- Able to be analytical and meticulous, you have a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to excel at building relationships and clearly communicating complex financial information.
