CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- To handle Developer's Housing Project/Sub sale SPA & Loan (Islamic and conventional) Documentation as well as Auction from start to finish for financial institution (including govt & Company Loan), tenancy, discharge of charge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other Conveyancing matters inclusive of e-adjudication form, e-consent, submission of RPGT declaration independently.
- To maintain and update file status on operation system and liaise with client, banker/agent and firm lawyers on the following matters
- Experience in advising corporate/SME financing will be an added advantage.

CONVEYANCING CLERK
- Minimum 3 years experience in conveyancing and banking loan documentation.
- Able to work independently.
- MUST have good oral & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT system.

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE SUITABLY QUALIFIED FOR THEIR POSITIONS WITH SUITABLE DISPOSITION TO CARRY OUT THEIR RESPECTIVE WORK PORTFOLIO.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
