Property Officer

a) To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager and/or its assigned Officer in supervising the day to day operation of the building;
b) To attend to residents’ feedback and to answer all enquiries.

c) To supervise and maintain the operation of all mechanical and electrical installations in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;
d) To supervise the maintenance staff employed in the building;
e) To supervise the maintenance contractors appointed in the building;
f) To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager, and/or it’s assigned Officer in the maintenance and management of the building;
g) To conduct inspection of the building and installation and forward report to the Building Manager/Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer;
h) To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer in value enhancement projects of the building;
i) To be responsible for all cash, cheque and issuance of official receipts;
j) To attend to all the management related matters with the relevant authorities i.e. COB, tribunal etc.

k) To attend and ensure timely contract renewal of the service providers and tenant.

l) To obtain quotations and prepare report on analysis and recommendation of purchases required for the building management and maintenance.

m) To ensure timely update on the residents’ records.

n) To attend to the renovations, moving in and out; and ad hoc servicing request of the residents and owners and ensure compliance to the building by-laws. ‘

o) To assist on the credit control actions where required;
l) Attend meetings and also prepare the minutes of meetings on timely manner according to the Company’s procedures; and

m) Monitoring and accountable for credit control policy, all cash collections, receipt of cheques and the issuance of official receipts.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
