Architectural Supervisor

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for supervising and monitoring projects carried out in accordance with architectural, civil engineering, and structural drawings, specifications and schematics provided.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in a safe environment and in accordance with company’s Quality Management System.
- Attend site meetings and support site safety teams with project safety audits.
- Communicate with contractors, consultants, and other relevant parties involved in the project.
- Comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Qualification: Possesses at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Structural/ Civil Engineering or any related field.

2. Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Engineering or construction related field would be added advantages.

3. Skills & competencies:

- Knowledgeable in architectural, civil engineering and structural drawings, specifications and schematics.
- Good communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well verse both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
