We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Waiter. This role plays a vital part in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**

**1. Guest Service**:

- Greet and warmly welcome guests to the restaurant.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure their comfort.
- Present menus and provide detailed information, including daily specials and promotions.
- Take accurate and timely food and beverage orders.
- Communicate orders clearly and efficiently with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Professionally handle guest inquiries and concerns, resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dining area, ensuring a pleasant ambiance.

**2. Teamwork**:

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service.
- Assist colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.

**3. Operations**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area for service.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive and welcoming environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
