Chief Barista

Assisting Assistant Operation Manager/Operation Manager in running operations in the services area, especially on the barista smoothly.
- Planned, prepare, and implemented high-quality beverage products, and set-ups in all areas of the outlets.
- Ensure that all beverage items are prepared as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
- Ensure that all recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly.
- Assists in determining how beverages should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
- Work seamlessly with recipes, standards, and plating guides and maintain all HACCP aspects within the restaurant operation.
- Able to make recommendations to the Assistant Operation Manager/Operation Manager regarding succession planning.
- Maintains knowledge of local competition and general industry trends.
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- Creates new recipes to improve beverage products from Me’nate brands and designs new recipes in consideration of ideas and market demand for new products.
- Improves the recipes and preparation methods to meet mass production and regulatory needs.
- Assist in designing marketing strategies based on approach and ideas in creating new products.
- Ensures any problems and issues that arise are rectified in a positive and professional manner.
- Use appropriately all equipment, tools, and machines and focus on constant improvement of training manuals and SOPs.
- Responsible for conducting training to all baristas in the Me’nate outlet.
- Responsible for any ad hoc task from time to time by superior.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
