**Job Title: HRBP (L&D)**

**The Mission You Will Take on - What You Will Do**
- Provide operational support to department head **for transformative HR initiatives** in term developing internal training materials, talent acquisition standard & process and etc.
- Manage and coordinate **end to end recruitment activities** including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks, job offer process and on-boarding.
- Support employees' career growth by coordinate trainings, giving guidance on development paths, learning resources, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and support **performance management** cycle process, core & functional competencies development, KPI implementation, and OKR implementation.
- Build **employer branding**, which including institute collaboration, social media marketing, career talks and etc.
- Lead and facilitate **employee engagement** activities & provide feedback on observations and recommends solution in relating to employee concerns where appropriate to management.
- Participate in **CSR** plan implementation that promote both personal & corporate objectives.

**What you will bring**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR professional & 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Training.
- Passionate in talent acquisition & talent development, strong sensitivity of talent’s competency.
- Bachelor’s Degrees in HR or related discipline

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
