Job Title: Accountant Assistant

Salary Range: RM 1,800 - RM 2,000

Experience: 1 year of working experience

Location: Fobeco Holdings Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur

Position Overview:
As an Accountant Assistant at Fobeco Holdings Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department in various financial tasks. Your role will involve assisting with financial record-keeping, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Record-keeping:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Enter financial transactions into the accounting system and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner.

**2*. **Financial Reporting*:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Compile data and generate financial reports for management review.
- Assist in analyzing financial data and identifying trends or discrepancies.

**3. Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering relevant financial information.
- Assist in preparing budget reports and variance analysis.

**4. Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Assist in preparing documentation and providing support during audits.

5. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM or Fresh graduate, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
