**About Our Client**:
Our client is an automation/AI-driven conversion commerce startup that has established its presence at Science Park. They are an energetic company that offers a SaaS platform for message hub and chatbot automation, enabling conversion commerce.

**Job Scope**:

- Play a leading role in the ongoing social media strategy development of the brand.
- Manage and create social media content (text and feed cover picture), digital platforms such as Instagram, google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. to build brand awareness and lead generation.
- Develop impactful and effective online content, advertisement, and video strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Boost ads on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Support the event (online/offline) materials and promotion.
- Work closely with agency, internal and external vendors on online marketing/ marketing promotions.
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and marketing supports.
- Lead regular catch ups within internal project social teams to share knowledge, ideas and ensure the team maintain a cohesive social media strategy across markets for the brand.
- Ensure social team manages social media projects with the highest standard, taking responsibility for the growth of the brand’s social media channels. 

**Job Requirements**:

- Possesses 5-6 years of working experience on social media, community management, influencer engagement or related field.
- Possesses knowledge on social media operation. Knowledge on LinkedIn is a plus.
- Possesses working experience in social media / creative agency, in which experienced in liaising with clients on their social media strategy, content planning and copywriting projects.
- Possesses working experience in marketing role.
- Proven work record on APAC / regional social media projects and brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Able to speak in Cantonese and English.
- Able to read and type in Chinese.
