**Accounts Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry, accurately input and update financial data into UBS accounting systems, ensuring all records are current and error-free.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and process employee claims or expenses
- Support the management of accounts payable and receivable, including follow-up on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Added advantage if could join immediately.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
