Attend to all sales enquiries in order to sell the product and achieve the sales target.
- To implement the sales execution and the approved marketing strategies.
- To follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are smooth.
- To conduct market survey and analyze the SWOT of competitors to provide input and feedback to immediate superior to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
- To ensure that all works assigned are carried out diligently and timely to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or Marketing
- At least 2 years sales experience in property industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, dynamic and a good team player
- Customer service oriented
- Location**:Kepala Batas**, Penang

**Salary**: From RM3,200.00 per month
