Busbar Designer

**Job Descriptions**:
**1) Reporting**
- Report to production Manager.
- Generate comprehensive reports on design improvement implemented.
- Collect and analyse QAQC and sitework team feedback to identify and address busbar-related complaints.

**2) Operation**
- Perform early detection of technical drawing conflicts related to busbar design.
- Collaborate with Project Engineer to address and rectify discrepancies in drawings.
- Complete busbar design within specified timeframes and ensure designed busbars are adhering to industry standard.
- Liaise with Production Supervisors to ensure proper installation of designed busbars.
- Identify challenges in the assembly process and propose design improvements for easier installation.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to align busbar designs with panel designs.
- Prioritize quality and safety in all busbar designs.
- Drive standardization efforts in busbar design.

**3) Improvement**
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database for busbar designs.
- Continuously improve busbar designs and minimize variance to enhance product quality and reduce material costs.
- Develop better methods for busbar assembly aligned with improved designs.
- Conduct research to stay updated on advancements in busbar design.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Designer or any equivalent background
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD for both 2D and 3D modelling.
- Database management skills for organizing and maintaining busbar design information.
