Operation Excutive

To perform vendor registration for company to involve/ participate in tender exercise.
- Responsible in tender/ proposal registration, coordination, preparation, compilation of document for submission.
- Assisting for pre and post tender/ project inquiry, evaluation of tender preparation for tender submission.
- Assisting in administrative tasks, handling data entry and clerical work for tender/ proposal.
- Cooperating with peers to ensure timely and accurate handover from tender/proposal for project execution.

**Project Execution**
- Responsible for Commercial Application to MIDA (ITA Application) & MGTC Application on behalf of our clients for Green Technology project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather specifications, needs, and essential information.
- Organize and maintain documents for various purposes, such as business development, regulatory submissions, sales proposals, tender submissions, and client relations.
- Assist for project claim preparation, compilation and submission to finance for invoicing to client.
- Cooperating with peers to ensure timely and accurate handover of project document to client and operation & maintenance team.
- Responsible for handover project document to client in timely manner.
- Schedule regular meetings and take detailed minutes of meeting.
- To undertake any ad-hoc task and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
