- Provide guidance and support to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address any issues.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of electrical installations.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in electrical work.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for electrical work.
- Promote a culture of safety among site workers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, progress reports, and inspection records.
- Ensure all documentation complies with project and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit required reports to project management and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on progress and any issues encountered.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Address and resolve any technical or logístical issues that arise during the project.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and contractors.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices.

Competency Requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience supervising electrical installations on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
- CIDB Construction Site Supervisor Certification (CCS) is preferred
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
