Position Overview:
The Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate pivotal role responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing activities to enhance user engagement, drive footfall, and increase revenue in the cafeteria, and to manage social media platform to attract leads for new business.

Responsibility and Accountability:
1. User Engagement Activities:

- Assist in planning and managing user engagement activities to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Assist in implementing strategies to drive repeat visits and build long-term relationships with customers.

2. Promotional Strategies and Campaigns:

- Assist in developing and execute promotional strategies and campaigns to increase footfall and revenue in the cafeteria.
- Assist in creating compelling offers and promotions to attract and retain customers.

3. Sales Vouchers and Discounts:

- Assist in handling sales vouchers and discounts to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the impact of discount programs on sales and customer behavior.

4. Marketing for New Outlets:

- Assist in managing marketing activities for new cafeteria outlets, including market research, target audience analysis, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in successful launch and integration into the market.

5. Marketing Materials:

- Assist in design and oversee the printing of posters, banners, and other marketing materials to support promotional efforts.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva to create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials.

6. Marketing Videos:

- Creating short marketing videos to showcase cafeteria offerings, engage customers, and drive brand awareness.
- Leverage video content on various digital platforms.

7. Social Media Management:

- Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engaging with online communities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.

8. Market Analysis and Research:

- Assist in conducting market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Assist in collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and culinary departments, to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Ensure marketing efforts support overall business strategies.

10. Campaign Performance Analysis:

- Assist in monitoring and analyze marketing campaign performance, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Use data to make data-driven recommendations and optimize marketing strategies.

11. User Satisfaction Surveys:

- Assist in conducting user satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and evaluate feedback to make recommendations and implement improvement actions.
- Use customer feedback to enhance the cafeteria's offerings and service.

12. Ad-Hoc Tasks:

- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support marketing initiatives and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive with a focus on customer engagement and promotional campaigns. **Fresh graduates is welcome to apply.**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent creativity and proficiency in content creation and design.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Accountability and responsibility for achieving marketing objectives and continuously improving performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
