The IT Helpdesk Intern's role is focused on helping end users be:

- successful, secure, and productive using the technology assets provided to them. The IT Helpdesk Intern will work at the direction of the Senior IT Engineer. This is a paid internship opportunity.

**Responsibilies**:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all end users.-
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and technology issues.-
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance. Other duties as assigned.**Basic Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year college/university Computer Science or Information Technology degree program.-
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Desktop Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Visio, OneNote).-
- Fundamental understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN).-
- Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.-
- Ability to work independently.-
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.-
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.-
- Excellent customer service skills.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
