As a tour consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and organize their travel experiences. This involves understanding their preferences, budget, and requirements to create customized itineraries and booking various travel services, such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for your clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Consultation**:

- Communicate with clients to determine their travel preferences, interests, and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on destination choices, travel options, and trip enhancements.

2. **Itinerary Planning**:

- Create personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining options.
- Consider factors such as budget, time constraints, and special requests when crafting itineraries.

3. **Booking and Reservations**:

- Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure all bookings are accurate, complete, and compliant with client specifications.

4. **Travel Documentation**:

- Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.

5. **Budget Management**:

- Help clients establish and manage travel budgets.
- Provide cost estimates and options to meet budget constraints.

6. **Destination Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide relevant information to clients.

7. **Customer Service**:

- Offer excellent customer service throughout the planning and travel process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

8. **Problem Resolution**:

- Handle travel-related problems, such as cancellations, delays, or changes, and find suitable solutions.

9. **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote travel packages, special deals, and promotions to clients.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.

10. **Documentation and Records**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices and receipts.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
