- possess valid driving license.

- ability to inspect, diagnose, and troubleshooting air conditioning system, electrical system, and equipment.
- ability to run test and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
- ability writing up reports, safety regulations and preventive maintenance plans.
- ability to conduct air conditioning servicing in split unit & centralized unit.
- attend emergency client's site breakdown call.
- good communication skills, self-discipline, team works.
