As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment. This role requires working a 12-hour shift from Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse employees.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with team members, other supervisors, and management.
- Provide regular updates on operational performance and address any concerns promptly.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
