**Responsibilities**:
Ø Develop and implement QAQC procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Ø Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to identify deviations, defects, or non-conformities.
Ø Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely release of products and materials for manufacturing.
Ø Manage and maintain documentation related to quality control activities, including test results, inspection records, and compliance reports.
Ø Handle all the Audit, included internal audit, 3rd party audit, NPRA audit and client audit.
Ø Investigate and analyze root causes of quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and monitor their effectiveness.
Ø Generate and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) accurately and comprehensively, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
Ø Provide training and guidance to production and QC teams on quality processes, standards, and documentation requirements.
Ø Collaborate with regulatory agencies and auditors during inspections and audits, addressing any quality-related queries or concerns.
**Requirements**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Ø Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.
Ø Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO).
Ø Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ø Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and thoroughness.
Ø Previous experience in regulatory inspections and audits is a plus.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
