Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot problems
- Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service
- Contribute to SSC Center technical documentation and participate in write up, document and record
- Perform analysis on type of incidents and service request
- Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned

**; Requirements**:
- A final year student with a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or IT-related field
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English language
- Has a proactive attitude, attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Internship period required 4 months or above
