Principal Developer

We are creating a new cloud native platform for Configura to build our next-generation cloud-based products on. We have a clear development process and structured development methodology where it´s the project team that owns the project and makes the important decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Develop, formulate, implement and improve the technical design together with the Architect group.Define the technical direction of cloud-based product components in

line with product roadmap and company goals.Evaluate situations and determine risks, opportunities for improvement and create reliable estimations for new projectsTake the technical ownership of cloud-based product components.Provide technical leadership at both team and company level, i.e support initiatives both inside and outside your main area of responsibility.Build strong relationships across the company and manage decision-making in a timely and respectful manner, based on understanding of multiple points of view.Technical stack that we are working on today:Databases, both NoSQL and Relational DatabaseDevOps in Cloud environments, AWSTyped programming languages, Rust Modern JS frameworks, ex. React/Next.jsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Bachelors degree and above in Computer Science or equivalent, with extensive relevant work experience.Has good software development experience based on an extensive variety of problems faced in different situations. Preferable to have experience in developing large-scale cloud solutions from scratch.Proven record of accurate technical judgement and risk assessment when faced with complex situationsTechnical StackTyped programming languages such as C#, JAVA, Golang or RUSTDatabases: NoSQL and relational databasesSAAS Solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google CloudGood writing and verbal English communication skills
