Refining Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for daily operations and accountable for the full productive utilization of relevant resources in production, necessary in the achievement of production targets and process improvements in terms of product quality and best conversion cost. Job Description: 1. Ensures production operations conform to established internal business strategies, quality, environmental, health and safety policies. 2. Develops and implement strategies and process improvements in line with the objectives of the company. 3. Produces high quality finished lead at a competitive price that meets customer’s specifications. 4. Manages and oversees the administrative and daily operations of the department. 5. Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and issue resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance 6.
