QA - Trainer

Ensure the quality system and procedures are conducted and maintained in the production line
- Provide training to supervisor/technicians/inspectors for any new changes in process/procedures if required
- Conduct on the job training (OJT) to personnel to improve skills and knowledge in designated process.
- Record, revise, and control any training activities in documents with assigned trainers.
- Preparing, update and revise training material following changes in process and procedure after verifying with engineering/quality.
- Ensure assessment for personnel after completing training program and evaluation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and revise to increase productivity and effectiveness
- Planning, design and implementation of training program
- Communicate with HR for training arrangement to new employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and revise to increase productivity and effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Have experience in manufacturing field
- Have experience in Quality department as trainer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
