IT Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage LAN/WAN installation and arrangement on network PCs performing connectivity, system setup, daily backup, network virus inoculation, hardware, and software troubleshooting, etc.
- Maintain users’ security desktop configuration, network connectivity, network access issues, and printer connectivity.
- Handle troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and repairing computer systems.
- Roll out Desktop PCs and Laptops as needed.
- Determinate and resolve software/hardware issues, and make sure the company’s system performs properly.
- Handling other relevant duties other ad-hoc assigned by a superior.
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors(IT providers) for specific requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree of IT / Computer Science
- Ability to be professional and have timely management of personal workload covering multiple problems
- Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Overall around 3+ years of work experience preferred
- Willing to work extra long hours (if required)
- Willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
