We are looking for a temporary support for our Power Technique team to fulfill the role of internal sales and planner for a six month period. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team in a challenging role with the opportunity to develop your skills and experience.

The Back Office Sales Engineer and Planner is reporting to local PTS Sales Team Leader with dotted line to Regional Operations Manager.

About the role:

- Pursue sales leads and actively use current CRM tool (C4C).
- Responsible for internal quotations, subcontractor quotations from minimum 2 suppliers and FSE recommendations quotations to the customer.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with dealers and customers.
- Effective use of Atlas Copco systems and tools - POL, SOL, MAM2, MyQuest, PGA and other tools relevant to sales and operations function.
- Maintain an updated installed base of both dealers and end users
- Maintain a planning board on MAM2 for FSE schedule planning
- Forward planning of service interventions based on service plan schedules / orders from aftermarket sales engineers regarding planning of next service intervention.
- Allocate service jobs based on clearly defined competence levels
**Service Marketing Management**:

- Increase customer share of both end users and dealers
- Take ownership of POL, SOL and MAM2. ensure technicians dealer & key customer are using it where applicable.
- Sales funnel management on current CRM tool (C4C)
- Acquire technical knowledge on PT equipment and PTS service products
**Service Marketing Activities**:

- Prepare, submit and discuss parts and service quotations/proposals to customers/dealers
- Ensure that all submitted quotations/proposals are followed through until receipt of purchase order
- Collaborate closely with Equipment salesmen and encourage them for parts inclusion at the point of equipment sale.
- Conduct dealer and key customer visits in collaboration with PTS Team Leader
- Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
**Closing of Sales**:

- Coordinate with customers, service operations and credit and collection to ensure timely payment of invoices for parts and services.
- Follow up with customer for appropriate NPS feedback.
**Compliance with Corporate Guidelines**
- Comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Practice and policies & procedures communicated from time to time;
- Adhere to the Safety, Health and Environmental (EHS) standards as defined by the organization
**Customer Value**
- Proactive communication with customers.
- Communicate schedules with customers, Aftermarket Sales Engineers or equipment sales engineers. Understand and resolve customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
