**Responsibilities**

**1. Responsible to assist in the processing, monitoring, and control of all aspects of agency compensation in accordance with statutory regulations, company’s practice, and procedures.**

**2. Preparation of Agency Withholding Tax (WHT) related payments.**
- Perform validation on agents income tax form and supporting documents.
- Prepare the payment listing based on Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM/LHDN) format/template.
- Ensure the payment is accurate before submit to Finance Team.

**3. System update for Agent’s Autopay Form.**
- Verify the Agent’s Autopay Form and Bank Supporting documents upon receipt.
- Perform any ad hoc projects or task as assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least of Diploma or Degree in any Accounting, Banking or Finance discipline.
- Preferably with minimum of 1 year experience in the data analytics, system management or processing.
- **We are also welcome fresh graduates to apply**:

- Strong analytical and data processing (e.g., MS Excel) skills is a must.
- Effective communication and tasks coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
