Legal Clerk Admin and Account Executive

Prior work experience in related field will be preferred.
- General office administration and management of accounts.
- Support of firm’s operations by maintaining office systems.
- Manage claims processing.
- Liaise with accountant, tax agent and external parties.
- Good working attitude, disciplined, reliable, hardworking, meticulous, punctual to work, honest, organised, able to work as a team, attention to details and able to work during weekend if required.
- Attend to other administration work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
- fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese will be an added advantage but not compulsory)
- computer savvy, very familiar with Microsoft Words and Excel
