Ambulance Driver

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
1. To complete a mechanical checklist before each shift to ensure the ambulance is in working order and ready to transport patients to and from required locations and report any mechanical issues to appropriate service personnel

2. To ensure the ambulance is clean and stocked properly with first aid and medical supplies before each shift and between patient transports throughout the day

3. To help patients onto ambulance gurney and load them into the ambulance, assisted by a partner or other medical personnel

4. Transport patient to an assigned medical facility, unload patient and take patient inside the facility and to where directed by medical personnel

5. Safely driving an ambulance to transport patients as quickly as possible to medical facilities

6. To carry out other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required and instructed by the management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

2. Must be able to effectively talk to, comfort, and reassure patients and family members, as well as be able to communicate effectively with dispatchers and medical professionals

3. Must stay current on first aid procedures and be able to perform procedures such as bandaging, splinting, and administering oxygen

4. Able to assess the situation and make quick and accurate decisions about patient care and routes

5. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
