**OVERVIEW**

The job requirement is to assist QA to oversee and manage in process inspection activities, incoming raw materials, chemicals and calibration activities to ensure that procedures and work instructions are being implemented accordingly.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To manage and control on daily incoming and in-process inspection in the laboratory including water test, physical test, TPC and sensory test.
- Check and identify on any deviations in procedure and work instruction against actual practice in laboratory.
- Review and update all quality system procedures and work instructions related to laboratory section to ensure its accuracy and validity, this include:

- Standard operating Procedures
- Work Instructions
- Forms and Tables
- To oversee the laboratory activities by ensuring that quality system established are being implemented successfully as per:

- AQL set forth
- Testing method
- Regulatory Requirements
- To ensure that proper record is to be identified, stored, protected, retrieval, retained and disposed of as per Control of Records.
- Investigate, address quality problem and/or report to superior on any non-compliance found during laboratory testing process.
- Assist in any correspondence with suppliers, example writing complaint letters, issue Supplier Corrective Action request and follow up.
- Communicate with Internal and External parties in regards to non-compliance issue.
- Ensure sufficient chemicals, equipment and facilities available to carry out the task effectively.
- Troubleshoot on equipment failure and liaise with supplier when necessary.
- Coordinate validation process activities.
- Monitor the calibration activities to ensure that it is conducted as per schedule.
- To ensure correctness and on-time reporting of production CoA.
- Ensure Waste Schedule are being disposed in accordance to the Schedule Waste Regulations.
- Conduct Internal quality Audit
- Conduct Environmental Monitoring test as per procedure.
- Conduct random checks on production process and shelf-life extension when needed.
- Viewing of reports to ensure that it is updated.
- Complete and submit weekly CoA reports in a timely manner.
- Plan and conduct regular meetings between Executives, Supervisors and among other related parties such as production, quality control and purchasing personnel.
- Prepare samples for External Lab Test when required and report the result to related parties.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- SPM or STPM or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Microbiology or any equivalent certificates with at least one year working experience.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment or fresh graduates.
- Good Communication Skills in verbal and written, clear and easy to understand and include listening skills. (Both English and Bahasa Malaysia).

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
