**JOB VACANCY FOR MORTGAGE SPECIALIST**

We are an outsource company that helps provide the best consulting services to those who want to buy a house. Our company has more than 10 types of bank panels including LPPSA that can help customers get the best home package. Our office is currently based in Bandar Baru Bangi.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Full commission based.
- Able to provide consultancy to customers well.
- Able to attend the signing of documents with clients outside the residential area.
- Need to provide status updates to clients every week.
- Actively respond to the Team WhatsApp group.
- Build good relationships with real estate agents/ agencies/ developers/ bankers/ valuer & lawyers.
- Develop, organize and execute marketing initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:
Management, Finance/Islamic Banking/Accountancy, marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates or with no experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ready to attend any event that will be held.
- Possess own transport and staying in the Klang valley is an advantage.
