Storekeeper

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages to the relevant departments.
- Organize and maintain the storage areas to optimize space utilization.
- Implement a systematic arrangement for easy retrieval of items.
- Ensure that all items are properly labelled and stored according to safety guidelines.
- Fulfil internal & external requests for materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to streamline the issuance process.
- Collaborate and communicate with quality control teams to ensure that materials meet specified standards and investigate problems, analyse root cause and define resolutions.
- Participate in periodic stock audits to assess the quality and shelf life of products.
- Provide regular updates on stock levels, shortages, and any potential issues.

Act as an enforcer of HACCP / GMP practices.

Requirement
- SPM/STPM, diploma holders or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years or 2 years working experience in food or catering industry in advantages or proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
- The role may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
