**Requirements**
- Have at least 3-5 years experiences as a Bakery Chef
- Good knowledge of various bakery types and techniques
- Ability to work both fast and accurately
- Able to work in team
- Availability to work including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Flexibility to take on various shifts
**Responsibility**
- Create a rich bakery menu with various main ingredients and materials (for example, flavoring, flour, side dishes etc)
- Prepare all types of bakery including bread, cookies, cakes, & etc
- Select fresh ingredients to make high-quality bakery
- Manage food prep activities
- Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper baking, considering special requests and food allergies
- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
- Recommend new, modern recipes
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift
