1) Minimum Master degree holder in Education and Psychology 2) 5 years of teaching experience for Student & Parent Counselling in Cambridge schools 3) Post graduate teaching certification. 4) Possess communication, management and supervisory skills. 5) Proficient in English (Common European Framework (CEF) at B1 minimum) Job Description: - To ensure school calendar, booklist, curriculum materials are prepared on time, for primary levels, this will be aided by HOD Student Affairs. - To help the management to arrange and schedule routine and clinical observations - To ensure Student well-being and mental health at all schooling year levels is well taken care off. - Provided 1 to 1 counselling session with students or parents as and when required - Actively participate in self-development for continuous improvement for quality service delivery to school community
