Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans to guide execution.
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and track progress against project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues proactively.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortems, to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor project financials, including budget tracking and forecasting, and ensure that projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and drive initiatives to enhance project management practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello, as well as Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity software.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage competing priorities effectively.
