Conducting patient assessments to evaluate their physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental needs.
- Developing personalized treatment plans and goals based on individual assessments and diagnoses.
- Implementing interventions to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities and tasks.
- Providing individual or group therapy sessions to address specific areas of need, such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, or cognitive abilities.
- Collaborating with other professionals, including physical therapists ,interventionist, teacher and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Educating clients and their families about adaptive techniques, equipment, and strategies to enhance independence and quality of life.
- Documenting patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize clients' functional abilities and achieve therapeutic goals.
- Participating in team meetings, professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
