JOB SUMMARY

Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare project plans and implementation schedules.
- Confers with organizational unit involved to determine requirements.
- Provide status updates of assigned projects.
- Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLED REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
