**Primary Objective**:
- Support Group Insurance’s execution of its business strategy and Transformation programs.
- Provide advisory support to business units to refine and improve execution of strategic projects and resolve bottlenecks.
- Project Manage all strategic initiatives and provide project updates to key stakeholders.
Support the planning and delivery of multiple strategic projects across business units and agile teams, by ensuring consistency in delivery approach through the PMO, Scrum Masters and project team members.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Group Insurance strategy and transformation programs i.e implementation & delivery of strategic transformation initiatives and smooth running of transformation & change programs
- Coordinate requests for estimation and resourcing for strategic projects
- Participate in product ideation/ development and process improvements
- Drive change impact assessment to be carried out across the initiatives
- Develop, consolidate and streamline internal communications plans/materials
- Facilitates identification and tracking of key milestones, dashboards and financial scorecards for each initiative
- Oversee progress and issues of projects and facilitate resolution
- Manage projects interdependencies
- Work with Group stakeholders to regularly provide updates and improvement on strategic initiatives implemented
- Ensure Group’s project governance, processes and templates are adhered to by project team
- Provide dedicated support to distribution channel for strategic projects, as and when required
- Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Well verse in market and competitors' analysis
- Ensure adherence to all laws, regulations and guideline by regulators.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Requirements
**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - DegreeMBA would be an advantage..
- Preferably with Project Management.
3-4 years working experience, preferably with experience in Financial Services and Insurance industry.
Understand Group Insurance’s strategic objectives, its business model and the changes required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to present data gathered into insights
- Able to lead and guide a team of project managers
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to work with people from all levels within the Group as well as external parties
- Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to changes with resilience
Experience in designing digital processes and services that solves business issues
