To ensure preparation and baking area are in a neat and hygienic manner To ensure finished products are in good/high quality as per SOP and creative croissant products to satisfy the customer To ensures high standards of personal appearance and hygiene with clean uniforms To follow the instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete the daily tasks To ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with new recipes and preparation techniques To coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control To observe general kitchen duties (prep to cleaning) Able to multitask and follow instructions given by Superiors *REQUIREMENTS
