Cleans assigned guest rooms, public area and administrative office in accordance with hotel policy & procedure.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, pantry and office including the maintenance of the equipment at all times.
- Ensure that work / cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items.
- Report damages, losses and supply shortages to supervisor.
- Prepare / maintain necessary records / accounts.
- Received any complaints and report to appropriate individuals for necessary action or adjustment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
- Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:
