Food Technologist

Our journey began in 2018, when we made the first bottle of teriyaki sauce and our friends liked it. Since then, we continue to build and improve our sauces so more people can enjoy them. Today, we are a sauce production company with a 10,000 sqft production area, with the capability of producing 2MT of sauce per day. As a passionate and energetic young company with a huge future potential, we are looking for talents who is hardworking, innovative and willing to explore new possibility, that can grow with us together long term. Requirement 1. Preferably possess at least a Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent. 2. Preferably with at least 1-3 years of related working experience in food industry. 3. Understanding on Halal & MESTI/GMP/FSSC 22000/ISO 9000/HACCP is preferable. 4. Understanding in Quality Assurance System in sauce production is preferable. 5. Possess strong leadership qualities with good discipline 6. Willing to work independently and ready to take challenges. 7. Good problems solving and decision making skills. 8. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Job description 1. Assist in modifying existing recipes of products, developing new ones, finding new food sources and inventing new food concepts. 2. Exploring food packaging that can meet both food safety and aesthetic requirements. 3. Conduct shelf life testing and handle food additives in order to achieve required food functions. 4. Ensure food safety & Halal requirement are met by developing & executing QA/QC Plan/SOP for production. 5. Manage batch samples and documentation for traceability. 6. Monitor production efficiency & wastage.
