Qualifications:
~ Basic computer knowledge
~ Basic accounts
~ Proven customer handling skills (soft skills)
Main Task:
~ Handle customer politely & promptly.
~ Responsible for providing high class customer service.
~ Understand customer request and follow through by updating progress
~ Promoting & utilizing appointment system (walk in or telephone)
~ Understanding outlet operations and delivered correct information to customers at all time.
~ Responsible for daily cash, collection report, credit card receipt & statement, daily invoice arrangement.
~ Responsible for answering calls.
~ Responsible for all A/A related documentation (filing).
~ Report direct to Service Manager
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
