**Job Summary**:
As an Online Sales Executive, your role is to drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting online leads into satisfied customers. You will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies in the digital space, leveraging various online platforms to reach potential clients and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Online Sales Presentations**:

- Deliver compelling and persuasive online sales presentations to potential clients.
- Showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively.

**2. Customer Engagement**:

- Build rapport, address inquiries, and provide relevant information to facilitate the sales process.

**3. Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient lead progression.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track and analyze sales performance.

**4. Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure sales agreements.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets within established timelines.

**5. Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.

**6. Collaboration with Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with online marketing campaigns.
- Provide valuable insights into customer preferences and market demands.

**7. Post-Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new clients.
- Address post-sales inquiries and maintain positive ongoing relationships with customers.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
