1.1 Responsible to provide transportation to the employees when call upon by the management and delivery / collection of goods. 1.2 To upkeep the company vehicles. 1.3 Responsible for organizing and coordinating the daily customer delivery routes with the Warehouse Supervisor. 1.4 Ensuring that all deliveries to customers are accurate 1.5 Responsible for communicating any customer issues with the Warehouse Supervisor. 1.6 Maximizes efficiency when planning delivery routes 1.7 Manages customer paperwork, i.e. invoices 1.8 Communicates customer feedback with Warehouse Supervisor. 1.9 Handle any returns from customer (RMA) 1.10 Communicate with the Warehouse Supervisor when your delivery time frame is delayed so the customer can be contact. 1.11 To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior.
