- heck on inbound permit vs shipping invoices to ensure accuracy on permits declaration V
- erify suppliers' invoice against permit listing and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy V
- alidate courier services’ inbound and outbound report and submit to Finance/Tax G
- enerate DCA traffic report from Assist4 for preparation of GST Tax Reporting and submit to Finance/Tax A
- ssist AP Custom team to provide inbound and outbound documents to Finance/Tax for Major Export Skim (MES) audit S
- ES (Supplier Evaluation Score Card) update to AP Custom for outbound for warder for DCA and cross dock SIN P
- erform documents destruction with Iron Mountain P
- erform e Archiving of shipping documents and permits to Saperion T

**ransit Management F**
- reight bill verification preparation F
- reight invoice verification and classification (financial coding) F
- reight invoice approval and submission handling E
- xtract and deliver shipping report to Finance controller to determine the freight cost allocation key.

- iploma with working experience in Supply Chain Management or relevant F
- resh graduate is also encouraged to apply. P
