Quantity Surveyor

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Fixus Construction Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, monitor, coordinate and control overall costing and budget.
- Assist in value engineering exercise for optimization of project cost / budget.
- Taking-off quantity, preparation of BQ, calling for quotation, and coordinating the subcontract procurement process.
- Pricing of tender.
- Preparation of documentation required for contract binding.
- Monitor project progress and timeline including preparation of documentation required for EOT, VO and Loss & Expense claim.
- Liaison with client/consultant/supplier including drafting of all necessary correspondence.
- Assist in advising project team on contractual related matters.
- Site valuation/site measurement/final account for progress claim with clients and sub-contractors.
- Attending meeting with clients/subcontractors for monthly progress certification, variation works, etc.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of working experience in the **CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY,** with in Infrastructure & high-rise for Senior position.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Knowledgeable & well versed in contractual matters.
- Good organization and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent in Negotiation skill and communication skill.
- Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated, aggressive and good discipline.
- Able to work under pressure in a demanding environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
