Carry out valuation of property
- To ensure field inspection of properties to be valued including the relevant comparable, ensure that the properties inspected correspond to their respective land titles.
- Prepare and deliver valuation report within specific time frame
- Sourcing of new clients, able to conduct a talk / briefing and maintain good relationship with existing clients
- To conduct relevant market study and research in relation to valuation exercise
- To assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspection, valuation workings and any other ad hoc tasks/assignment assigned by the Management
- To prepare valuation of property and to liaise closely with clients.
- To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques.
- To ensure good customer service with all inquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.
- To set up a good data base system for the department

**Requirement**
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Min 3 years experience
- Posses own transport and willing to travel when required
- Must be a team player and can work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Computer literate
- HQ based in Sierra 16, Puchong

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
