BIRDY STAY is a short-stay accommodation operator and property management company. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights. If you're passionate about leveraging the power of social media to engage audiences, build brand awareness, and drive business results, we want to hear from you
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Create engaging and original content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing brand presence across various platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
