Account Executive

To handle full set of accounts including monthly closing & preparation of management pack.
- Ensure timely submission of daily and monthly reporting.
- Intercompany reconciliation and settlement.
- Maintain good records of accounting entries, schedule & reporting.
- Prepare monthly journal/general ledger posting and notes to accounts.
- Liaise with banker for any bank related matters.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on all statutory and tax requirements compliances.
- Record and update data and documentation.
- Responsible for daily bank reconciliation, controlling of cash and bank schedules.
- Handle disbursement of claims and payment preparations.
- Assist the Finance team in audit schedules and others functions.
- Any other duties to be assigned by the Management or immediate superior from time to time.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years working experiences in related field.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
